I had the best time ever at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was super nice and very helpful. The activities offered were varied, making my stay enjoyable. However, there is a need for some cosmetic repairs.

The service was more than I expected. The staff, especially Mr Raouf, Mr Rezk from reception, and the manager of the restaurant, Mr Ahmed, treated us exceptionally well and were very helpful and smiling.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The need for cosmetic repairs in the rooms, especially in the bath with the shower gel, was a downside for me. I had to switch to another room with a pool view by paying extra to salvage my vacation as the initial room wasn't ready upon arrival. However, the service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate us and even preparing delicious treats. The location was beautiful and well-maintained, although a bit far from downtown. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of high-quality dishes with changing themes daily.

My stay at the hotel was nice, although it felt a bit outdated. The room had a lovely garden view and was equipped with a bath, shower, and other essentials matching the needs of our group of 3 adults and 1 child. However, the furniture was old, and there were some bugs in the pools. Sadly, several staff members, except for the parking attendant, seemed to go out of their way to make the stay less enjoyable. It's a place I won't be returning to, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
